We previously went through 46 individual steps between a project request and the issue of a purchase order. Now it’s 14. We also wanted to update stock and inventory control; Up to that point, the IFM team had largely been using manual, paper-driven processes that involved lengthy approvals — around 45 days — to procure any new spare parts. Altogether, we were using over 70,000 sheets of paper each year, which resulted in high energy and printing costs. Praxis team routed IFM supply chain efforts through IBM Maximo Asset Management software, using the solution to oversee inventory management, replenishment and purchasing. 

We have witness true collaboration and professional delivery from Praxis and our joint operation team on what has been a very complex delivery, in addition to accommodating process change, in the calendar along the way. Praxis has delivered what is going to be a step change in our procurement process and it is testament to the hard work and dedication they have all put in.
